It's a slight addendum to a scene in File 4 - Robbery Gunchild. That one you can read below.
I really wanted to do another Christmas-themed comic, but File 4 already took place in December 2004. I can't just timeskip the whole comic's timeline again just for a Christmas comic, plus I'm still too burnt out on Kinder than Man, so like... yeah.
This thing was made with MS Paint (outlines) and Aseprite (coloring). Happy first colored COOPER BULLET comic! And yes, this is canonical, even though this just added a net total of one minute to the plot.
